We accept most major credit cards through PayPal and Shopify payments.

Processing time
Ready-to-ship items will be sent out within 5 business days.

Preorder processing time may vary and will be disclosed in the description page for individual items. Generally, turnaround for preorders take 4-8 weeks.

Item Variations
Each item in our shop is individually made and unique. Due to the handmade nature of our plushies, there may be a slight variation in color, shape or size of each item sold. 

Shipping Information
We ship from Texas via USPS and UPS mailing services, which generally take 3-7 business days to most locations within the U.S. 

APO and International Shipping is available via USPS. Shipping time will vary depending on location.

Holiday shipping or extreme weather can cause delays in certain cases. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us for specific options to meet your needs. 

Package Status
Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Please use this information for the latest status information on your package. Once a package is shipped, we are not able to make changes with shipping providers, so please contact us with any special requests prior to or at the time of order.
