Returns & Exchanges


It is our hope at Lemon and Coccola that you love your new plushie friend.

Our shop has a 7-day return policy. We require that all return requests are made within 3 days after receiving your item. All purchases must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned item must not be washed or soiled. Purchases not returned in original condition will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at lemonandcoccola@gmail.com. Once your return is authorized, we will reply with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note packages sent to us without prior consent will not be accepted.

If you are shipping an item over $50 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon receiving your order. If the item is damaged, defective, or in case you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On sale items or gift items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you via email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the price of your item through your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
