How do I know what will be available at next restock?

We post pictures on Instagram and sneak peeks of what will be available in our Facebook Group.

Do you do custom order? 

We are currently not taking custom orders. Please follow our social media or subscribe to our mailer for updates. 

Lemon and Coccola Care Plan

First, Lots of cuddles.

Spot cleaning with a damp cloth or handwashing are the preferred methods to keep your cuddly friend clean and snuggly. When it’s time for a deep wash, we suggest you place your plushie in a pillow case or mesh bag and tie a knot. Then wash on gentle/delicate cycle using cold water.

Please make sure to air dry your plushie after ANY washing. Lightly fluff with fingers or a brush when dry.

Returns and Exchanges 

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if there are any issues. Purchases must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please review our Refund Policy page. 

Swaps and Trades 

Our plushie friends are lovingly made by hand with years of snuggle and play in mind. When it is time to find a new home for your Lemon and Coccola plushie, we hope you will help us share the love by using the BST thread in our Facebook Group.
